Little Genius Jr.
This robotics course for kids is ideal for younger students ages 6-8 who like to experiment and work with their hands. Students collaborate with teammates to create robots that range from simple to sophisticated, discovering valuable engineering basics along the way. Ultimately, we introduce students to STEM principles that set the stage for exciting futures in computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics. Early exposure to STEM subjects like robotics, even at the most fundamental levels, leads to increased comprehension and sustained interest as students grow up. Let's get building!

Young Engineers
LEGO´S WeDo program often becomes the first approach to robotics. But beyond sensorns and motors, we encourage the children to discover and explore in order to understand the reality of the world that surrounds them, letting them ask questions and try to find the answers, developing their creativity and critical thinking. With WeDo they design robots and connect them to the computer to shape their behaviour.
With simple machines they will experiment with shaft, gears and pulleys. They will have fun as young engineers and scientists while investigating and understanding the operation of simple machines.

With the shift to LEGO´S MINDSTORMS robotics programm we motivate and encourage young peope as they discover and have fun, learning about science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Facilitators encourage chidren to investigate, and work through observations, and promote the development of reasoning, predicting, reflection and critical thinking. The NXT software allows them to build fully-functional models that can be programmed to carry out challlenges.
